Itau Bank Uruguay faced a critical challenge: it was not fully leveraging its data to make strategic decisions.
With areas for improvement in labeling, campaign optimization, and reporting, the bank was missing valuable opportunities to personalize experiences, increase efficiency, and remain competitive. It was like being in a room full of people, each speaking a different language.
Solución
We saw the opportunity to transform the bank's data management, shifting from a disorganized approach to a precise and efficient one. We implemented training on advanced measurement and analysis tools, updated methodologies, and optimized processes to turn the bank's strategy into a modern and effective one, focused on attracting new customers and expanding existing ones.
Training and Tools: We trained the Itaú team in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, emphasizing the importance of precise measurement and facilitating the implementation of key innovations.
Unified Taxonomy: We created a unified taxonomy that we adopted together with Itaú and other partners. This allowed for clear tracking of sales by source and a better understanding of Paid Media, with detailed records by campaign name, ad group, and UTM parameters.
Migration to GA4: We efficiently transitioned from Universal Analytics (UA) to Google Analytics 4 (GA4), consolidating processes for diagnosis, planning, execution, and documentation of conversion flows.
Website Audit: We conducted a website audit for the bank to improve the accuracy and reliability of tracking disbursements.
Implementation of INDICA and SKAI: We implemented INDICA to define the necessary KPIs to measure campaign success and SKAI to analyze the performance of creatives and optimize strategies.
