We had to communicate clearly and memorably the discounts on specific days offered by Banco Continental, avoiding the excess of information that could make this value proposition go unnoticed by customers.
Solución
We leveraged our database to schedule Google Calendar appointments with each customer, allowing them to easily remember the discount dates. Additionally, by accessing the video call link, they were able to find personalized promotions, thus maximizing the perceived value of the benefits.
